Banquet rooms

Gimo Herrgård has hosted grand parties since the 1700’s. Back then only a few carefully selected guests were invited, but today we have opened up our doors for anyone who wants to throw an unforgettable party in our unique milieu. The manor, the small manor, and the winter garden offer flexible function rooms for up to 150 people.

The dinner is often one of the highlights of the event. Browse through our Mix & Match menu or send us your requests and our culinary team will create a menu together with you.

Please note that catered food and drinks from outside the hotel may not be served on our premises, according to our liquor license.

 

Herrgårdsmatsalen

Located on the ground floor of the main building, our restaurant offers several dining rooms and chambre separées. Up to 96 guests may dine in the same room.

  • Rectangle-shaped tables: 96 guests
  • Round tables: 72 guests
  • Adjacent rooms for babysitters, bands, DJ:s, co-ordinators etc.
  • Direct access to the manor park

Kungamatsalen

On the second floor of the manor you will find restored Kungamatsalen (The Royal Dining Room) with beautiful views of the manor parks.

  • Rectangle shaped tables: 60 guests
  • Round tables: 40 guests

The Victoria Room

Next to the main dining room you will find the Victoria room, named after our crown princess. A perfect room for smaller groups who prefer seclusion.

  • Maximum capacityt: 26 guests

The Silvia Room

The Silvia Room is located next to the Victoria Room and features ample space for up to 20 guests and a private entrance.

The Garden tent

For larger parties and dinners we reommend our Garden tent. The Garden Tent is located behind the manor and next to the terrace. It fits 180 guests and 120 guests at round tables.

The Winter Garden

Opposite the manor, in the old stables, you will find The Winter Garden, which easily turns into a nighclub with DJ-booth, stage for live acts, and bar and lounge areas.

Lilla Herrgården

The dining room in Lilla Herrgården is the perfect place for smaller groups who like to celebrate a bit on their own. Groups of up to 45 guests can dine, dance and stay in Lilla Herrgården and the adjacent Kassörsbostaden.

  • The adjacent library offers space for dancing the night away
  • 18 guestrooms (28 beds) i the same building
